At 10:50 am, March 30, the construction of the 300 MW Offshore Wind Power Project in Zhuanghe of Dalian City, Liaoning Province kicked off. Zhuanghe Offshore Wind Power Project is the first offshore wind power project in Northeast China as well as the largest one in North China.
